Physiotherapy for Kids & Teens

Our standard in-clinic appointment type for anyone from 1 - 18 years of age. Please select an initial assessment if this is your first time, or a follow-up session if you've played with us before!


Physiotherapy for Infants

These appointments are designed for babies from birth to 12 months of age. Please bring your baby in should you have any concerns with their developmental milestones. You can also book one of these appointments if you do not have any concerns, but are looking for guidance on how to support your infant in developing gross motor skills.


Physiotherapy for Infant Feeding

Assess your infant’s latch, tongue mobility, and overall motor development. Physiotherapy exercises and positioning can help improve your infant’s feeding to allow for more comfortable, successful feeds for both parent and baby. Physiotherapy for Concussions

These appointments are for concussion related services including baseline testing, post concussion assessment and treatment. Our clinic is associated with Complete Concussion Management Inc (CCMI).


Physiotherapy for Pelvic Health

If your child struggles with continence or pelvic floor dysfunction, these specialized appointments with our Pelvic Health physiotherapists can help. Be sure to book an Initial Assessment if you have not previously been seen by one of our physiotherapists for Pelvic Health concerns.


Virtual Physiotherapy

These services are offered through a secure online platform in the safety and comfort of your home.

Cam’s paediatric journey started during his Physiotherapy Studies which he completed in Brisbane, QLD, Australia in December 2020. During his clinical placements he worked with school aged children in rural settings helping with physical activity, gross motor skill development, health promotion, and injury prevention. As well, he had the opportunity to work at the Queensland Children’s Hospital where he worked with a variety of children with neurological conditions such as cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury, and cerebellar disorders. More recently, Cam has helped school aged and teenagers getting back to sport and activity as a Kinesiologist. Cam is eager to help the children & their families at Kids Physio Richmond with their goals and needs as a Physiotherapist.

Cams education background include a Masters of Physiotherapy Studies from the University of Queensland as well as a Bachelors of Kinesiology with a Minor in Psychology from the University of British Columbia

Harveen grew up in Surrey, BC and completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology way on the other side of Canada at Dalhousie University (Halifax, NS). She then went on to complete her Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia.

She first joined Kids Physio Group in 2013 where she volunteered throughout the summer and then again on her last clinical placement from school. She has always had a passion to work with kids and throughout her last placement is when she realized that she fell in love with KPG and the amazing, hard-working kids that she has seen come and go through the clinic.

Harveen began working at Kids Physio as a part-time job but has currently transitioned over to be full time. She has experience working with children of all ages with gross motor and developmental delays, neurological conditions, cerebral palsy, genetic and rare disorders, and developmental coordination disorders. She also has experience working with babies and infants who have torticollis, plagiocephaly and moms who need an extra tip on how to help their little ones achieve their motor milestones.

In her free time, you can find Harveen balancing her life between her family, travelling and staying physically active. She is also passionate about cooking and trying new recipes, learning how to be a better photographer and drinking a good cup of coffee (or two).

Mati has always been passionate about working with children and infants. Since completing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in Israel in 2016, she has been dedicated to supporting the development of babies and children across a variety of settings. To deepen her understanding of the social and emotional aspects affecting children and their families, she completed a Master’s degree in Child Development.

With almost a decade of pediatric experience, Mati works with infants and children facing a broad range of developmental and physical challenges, providing care that is tailored to each child’s unique needs.

Mati believes physiotherapy should be a fun and enjoyable experience for children. She is dedicated to helping children and their families reach their goals through compassionate, family-centered care.

Rhonda earned her Master of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia.

Her interest in working with children and teens began when she first started coaching youth badminton lessons as a part-time job. After Rhonda’s clinical placement at Kids Physio Richmond (in 2025), she discovered her passion for pediatric physiotherapy.

Rhonda has experience treating children with gross motor delays, musculoskeletal concerns such as in-toeing and out-toeing, and neurological conditions such as cerebral palsy. Growing up as a competitive athlete herself, she also enjoys helping teen athletes rehab from sport injuries. Most importantly, she values your child’s goals during their crucial developmental years to ensure they can interact in their social and physical environments. She believes that every child has the right to participate in movement that is fun and engaging!

Farhana is thrilled to return to Kids Physio Group at the Richmond location, after previously working with the Surrey team. She completed her Bachelor of Arts & Science at McMaster University and her Master’s in Physiotherapy from University College Dublin in 2014. She is passionate about supporting children to build confidence, movement, and participation in everyday life so they can do what they do best: have fun! Farhana believes strongly that collaborating closely with parents, caregivers, and other health care practitioners alongside understanding each child’s unique interests is essential to achieving meaningful physiotherapy goals.

Farhana has experience treating children with a wide variety of needs including torticollis and plagiocephaly, developmental delays, neurological and genetic conditions, congenital diagnoses, and orthopedic conditions and injuries, with a special interest in infants and children with complex diagnoses. Sijia’s interest in pediatrics started at a young age when volunteering with a summer camp for children with disabilities. Since then, she has developed a strong passion in helping children of all ages reach their full potential during their developmental years. Sijia completed both her Bachelor of Science and Masters of Physical Therapy degrees from the University of British Columbia. She has been at Kids Physio Group since 2017, and prior to this has worked with the various developmental centres and pediatric programs across BC, treating children from birth to 18 years with neurological, developmental and musculoskeletal conditions. Sijia also has experience in treating premature newborns, having previous experience as a therapist the NICU. Sijia is very proud to be a part of Kids Physio Group, use her passion to find creative ways in helping each child reach his or her goals, and make a difference! Romita has always been passionate about working with kids. Her interest with pediatric physiotherapy started after volunteering during high school in a children’s hospital in India where she came across kids with developmental delay. She has been practicing Physiotherapy since 2014 after completing Bachelor of Physiotherapy program in 2012 and Master in Pediatric neurosciences in 2014 from India.

She has over 4 years of experience practicing in pediatric physiotherapy and has worked with infants and kids with gross motor and developmental delays, neurological conditions, cerebral palsy, genetic and rare disorders, and developmental coordination disorders. She has worked in different pediatric rehabilitation setups including clinics, NICU, PICU and inpatient centres at various hospitals in India. Romita has special interest in working with kids diagnosed with cerebral palsy and gross motor developmental delays.

She is committed about helping kids and their families meet their physical goals, while accomplishing this in a fun and creative environment!
